In this review we look at the Western Digital 2 TB External Hard Drive. It is a very nice looking hard drive so it will match with a black desk very nicely and looks very nice in general so it shouldn't be something that you want to hide in a drawer because it is ugly. The hard drive by itself is a good speed at transferring files. I took around 10 folders and copied them all at the same time, each folder with at least a few gigabytes of contents and it took just a few hours to get every single file and folder copied. The drive holds 1.81TB not 2TB, so don't think you are getting ripped off. So lets do the comapnys math: they think o, we need 2*1000*1000*1000*1000 = 2.000.000.000.000 B to get 2TB. But thats wrong! If we reverse the math with the right numbers we get this: 2.000.000.000.000/1024/1024/1024/1024 = 1,81T! Thats why its only 1.81TB!"
