This video is a user-friendly tutorial about installing the Optibay Hard Drive enclosure (www.mcetech.com in a Mid-2010 Macbook Pro. The OptiBay replaces your optical drive (or "SuperDrive"), and gives you the ability to install a second hard drive in its place. So, you could (in my case) run a SSD for your operating system and applications, and a hard disk drive for your media files and documents.
